Many urban neighborhoods have people who rent. Here's my advice: get your neighbors ...</title><content type='html'>Great post.  Here&amp;#39;s my advice: get your neighbors to agree to the chickens before you get them.  People are likely to agree if you come to them well prepared with carefully thought out answers to the questions you know they&amp;#39;re going to ask.  Then, they&amp;#39;ll be much less likely to complain later.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our town suggested we get neighbor&amp;#39;s to sign off before we applied for our license.
